Element Energy’s services will take a site through the energy components of the planning process, providing the planners with a detailed assessment of how the site’s demands can be met with new and renewable energy systems.

Our core energy assessment service includes the following

• Construction of site baseline energy demands and CO₂ emissions using engineer’s data - or we can do your energy modelling for you.

• Basic sizing of a range of clean and renewable energy systems. 

• Techno-economic analysis of each system and its contribution to the site. 

• Proposals of suitable systems meeting the client’s criteria and planning targets.
