Energy calculations and Part L advice.   Part L energy calculations and planning are now heavily linked.  Planners are increasingly requiring proposals to demonstrate Part L compliance in terms of energy efficiency.  We use the latest software to provide energy- demand calculations for Part L and baseline demands in the energy assessment. 

Detailed Energy Modelling.  Many projects including Private Finance Initiative (PFI) proposals require detailed projections of energy consumption for the bidding process. We offer both services for calculating and reviewing energy projections.
