Key skills and expertise

Best practices in project management – we apply best practices and management skills developed on many complex projects, to assist our customers in managing timescales and risks and delivering against expectations. These include leading funding applications, consortia building and stakeholder engagement, developing project work plans and managing their smooth delivery, project finances and all reporting requirements.

Hands-on experience of implementing real projects – our technical and engineering understanding of real-world challenges supports our approach to delivering projects and vice versa. We have gained experience on the technical and practical challenges arising in the operational phase of these projects, leading to greater understanding of the technical opportunities and constraints associated with new technologies.

In-depth understanding of the sector – our pro-active approach to project management combined with expertise in the low carbon sector means that we are able to deliver quality projects with a vision, providing up to date advice to our clients on all aspects (commercial, technical, contractual etc.) and supporting them in planning future implementation activities, as well as in putting their assignments in context.

International experience – we have supported the deployment of international technology programs as well as UK based ones. We also have offices in France and employ a highly international team, with native speakers of English, French, German, Spanish, Turkish, and Dutch.
